Poland Zalewski Consulting is a team of professionals who have held high-level general business, management and consulting positions with experience in company formation, negotiations, company administration and liquidation, labor and employment, real estate, tax matters and many other fields.
Filip comes from a family business environment. He has been involved in business since his early years, and gained experience working throughout family enterprises in various areas, including financial services, Forex market, import-export, and retail. He also worked for the biggest Polish bank: PKO BP. He received good education, both in Poland and abroad. He is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, Poland’s most renowned business school, with a Master’s degree in finance and accounting. The title of his Master’s thesis is “Payment Methods and Financing Sources in Mergers and Acquisitions in Terms of Transaction Profitability Optimization”. During his studies, he received a scholarship to study at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, where he completed his MBA. The school was ranked 7th globally for best MBA program by Financial Times. Filip also studied international economics at Lazarski School of Commerce and Law. He took part in a student exchange program and went to University of Nicosia (Cyprus), where he studied international relations. Filip completed his Bachelor’s thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dariusz Rosati (current Chairman of the Polish Parliament’s Commission of Public Finances, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland and Member of the European Parliament). Its title is “Prospects of Turkey’s Membership in European Union”. At Poland Zalewski Consulting, Filip is responsible for establishing relationships with new clients.
What is more, Dorota worked for several major companies: Warsaw Stock Exchange brockerage house, and an import-export company, where she was appointed a board member and Chief Accountant. Between 2001 and 2006, she was the CFO and Chief Accountant at a Polish subsidiary of a German company. In 2006, she became a board member, CFO, and Chief Accountant of another company. She successfully launched the company’s IPO on Warsaw Stock Exchange.
During her career, she gained broad experience in:
– Organizing and supervising accounting departments, controlling, HR, and payroll,
– Implementing accounting software, developing document circulation and control procedures,
– Planning, budgeting, business plan development, loan applications, financial forecasting and reporting,
– Economic analysis, cost-effectiveness,
– IPO, prospectus preparation.
At Poland Zalewski Consulting, Dorota is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, finance, and IPO.
