Sejm passed a resolution on CETA

Sejm, the lower chamber of Polish parliament, passed a resolution concerning a trade agreement with Canada (CETA). New model of supervision over the companies owned by Polish State Treasury

Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło in an interview for „Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” announced that the biggest State Treasury companies, currently supervised by the Minister of State Treasury, will soon come under the supervision of specific departments.   This will be the case for PZU, KGHM and Azoty, among others. Amendments to the Polish Labour Code in 2016

In 2016 numerous new provisions of Polish Labour Code came into force. The key changes in the Labour Code in 2016 concern fixed-term employment contracts as well as concluding employment contracts.   Amendments to the regulations introduce new rules of employment based on a fixed-term employment contract.
