Metallurgy, chemical and agricultural and food products at the forefront of Polish export
The Ministry of Development recorded a respective 17%, 13.5% and 13% increase in the aforementioned products in the months from January to November, compared with an analogous period of the previous year. A particularly impressive 10% rate of growth was recorded with respect to the sales of goods to EU countries. It reached almost 150 billion euro.
Export to Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Hungary increased from 14 to 10%.
Sales to developed countries outside the EU increased by more than 14% in total – especially to USA, Switzerland, Australia and South America.
Export to Russia grew by 20% and to Ukraine by 25%. Consequently, the share of countries belonging to the Commonwealth of Independent States grew in our export by over 6%.
